    Tuesdays, am I right?

There’s hardly a time when the soothing tones of Sir David Attenborough aren’t welcomed with open arms, and last time we heard from the living legend he was featured in the teaser trailer for Our Planet.

Now we can enjoy the full, official trailer for the eight-part series, featuring a huge range of wildlife and natural habitats, all the while explaining why we need to do everything in our power to protect them.

    Some info via BT:

Our Planet will focus on the world’s key biomes – icy frozen worlds, jungles, coastal seas, deserts and grasslands, high seas, freshwater regions and forests.

As the series moves from the remote Arctic wilderness and mysterious deep oceans to the vast landscapes of Africa and diverse jungles of South America, every episode will feature something that viewers are sure to be seeing for the first time, with much of it never captured on camera before.

The first episode will travel from the Brazilian rainforest to Norway’s Svalbard archipelago to discover how each fragile habitat is connected and why they are all essential for life to thrive on this planet.

Mumford & Sons’ music features in the video below, which I feel warrants a trigger warning:

I don’t believe I will ever tire of these series.

The first episode will air on April 5, so let the countdown begin.
