The Met Gala is an annual high-profile event to raise money for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York.

Celebs are invited and given a theme. According to CNN, the theme for 2019 was “Camp: Notes on Fashion”.

Interpret that as you will – the attending celebrities did, which is evidence from some of the weird costumes that hit the pink carpet this year.

Let’s start with Lady Gaga, who decided that one outfit wasn’t going to be enough:

These entrances were great, but the real star of the show was this guy who fell down the stairs:

Everyone thought it was Jason Derulo. It was not Jason Derulo. We don’t know the name of this unsung hero.
