When Cape Town is buzzing, you’ll be treated to the sight of those open-topped red buses zipping around, with tourists packed in.
There are a number of different bus routes, one of which visits the Constantia Valley, and you can hop on and hop off at three different wine estates.
I would hazard a guess these two men made the most of those stops, and the evidence backs me up.

I’ve figured out it’s the hop-off point along Harbour Road in Hout Bay. You can see the same ‘Hout Bay Supermarket’ sign in this Google Maps screenshot below as you will at the video’s 30-second mark:
