Suffer the little children who had to, once again, witness a brawl between parents and referees at a rugby game at a Vaaldriehoek primary school.
According to Vaalweekblad, the incident occurred during an under-11 rugby match between Risiville Primary School and Kollegepark Primary School.
Both spectators and outside coaches allegedly got into a fistfight on the sidelines, which has now resulted in three people being banned from attending the upcoming semi-finals of the local primary school’s rugby league at Dr Malan High School.
To make matters worse, this childish behaviour is now immortalised forever on YouTube. You can’t help but feel for the poor kid trying to stop the adults from beating up the refs.
The Falcons Primary Schools Rugby Association has taken the matter seriously and referred it to the Falcons Rugby Union for further investigation.
