Speaking publicly for the first time since the death of Jacintha Saldanha, the 2Day FM hosts, Mel Greig and Michael Christian, said they were “shattered, gutted, heartbroken” after learning of the death of the nurse who put through their prank call at the hospital where Kate Middleton was being treated.
