ID card of arrested man-The man’s I.D. card identifies him as Ryan Fogle, Third Secretary of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.
The Russian counter-intelligence agency FSB on Tuesday said it detained a member of the CIA.
The FSB claims that the man was trying to recruit a staff member of one of the Russian special services.
The U.S. Embassy in Moscow did not have an immediate comment but will issue a statement later Tuesday.
