Founder of Tesla Motors and SpaceX, Elon Musk, is now heading into high-speed transportation. The Hyperloop is not a new announcement, but when Musk’s new adventure was made public he didn’t divulge too many details. The time is drawing nearer for concrete details regarding the design of the high-speed transportation system to be published.
On Monday Musk tweeted when the design for the system would be published and welcomed feedback.
Will publish Hyperloop alpha design by Aug 12. Critical feedback for improvements would be much appreciated.

The main aim of the transport system is to transport commuters between San Francisco and Los Angeles in only a few minutes, and between California and the East Cost in less than an hour. Bloomberg reported that the Hyperloop is a”solar-powered inter-city passenger transport system”.
The design for the Hyperloop will not be patented but will instead be open-source.
