The country with the reputation for being isolated from the rest of the world and making women soldiers wear 4-inch heels while patrolling is finally dabbling with Instagram videos.
It wasn’t too long ago that North Korea’s first Instagram pics were taken. Now, with their recently activated 3G mobile network, we have video footage of one of the most mysterious countries in the world.
