Awkies. The dreaded half high-five half hand shake. Not only did Tinie Tempah fail at a high-five on camera, he did so with the future king of England. During his performance at the BAFTA Awards, Tempah held out a palm in front of Prince William, and received an awkward shake-five in return.
The monarch at least didn’t leave the rapper hanging. The royal accepted the out stretch hand with a shameful grimace on his face.
The cringe worthy high-five quickly had people tweeting “That’s when the monarchy ended.”
