Where The Wild Things Are: Read In The Best Voice Ever

Where the Wild Things Are can go down as one of the greatest and most beautifully illustrated stories ever. Listen here as it really comes to life...

Christopher Walken’s voice can be recognised with your eyes closed. It’s so original and wonderful.

So imagine the radness of him reading Where the Wild Things Are, which is only one of the greatest stories of all time.

“Walken’s interpolated commentary on the illustrations draws our attention to a few features we probably missed in our several hundred readings of the book, such as the possible suicide of Max’s teddy bear and a potential swarm of giant insects in his transformed bedroom.”

Walken makes the words and story come alive. It’s truly magical, and makes for a not so sweet bed time story.
