Now it isn’t known exactly where this fracas took place, but judging by the accents we can hazard a good guess it was somewhere in the U.S. The man who uploaded it, a certain Frederick Russell, also resides in the US of A so there’s another clue. Below from NewsAU:

Out of the blue, the customer grabs the fast-food worker by the hair and drags her effortlessly into the car.
