You know when you went through that phase of wanting to get your pet stoned but you didn’t go through with it because, well, it’s like really bad for them and their brain development. And the same applies to toddler’s, right?
Uh uh, not in Chicago.
A Facebook video of a toddler’s minder encouraging him to smoke what appears to be a dooby has got local detectives investigating the incident.
Only wearing a diaper, the toddler is sitting on a chair while the person filming eggs him on by saying “smoke man” and “inhale”.
The kid smokes twice before the man asks to hit it.
