Mexico has captured its most wanted man, drug kingpin Guzman, President Enrique Pena Nieto said via Twitter on Saturday, in a major victory in a long, grisly fight against drug gangs. Guzman, known as "El Chapo" (Shorty) in Spanish, runs Mexico's infamous Sinaloa Cartel and over the past decade emerged as one of the world's most powerful organized crime bosses. After being on the run for six months, the now infamous Mexican drug lord was captured in his home state in Mexico. A video, courtesy of a Mexican television network, aired a video of government gunmen at work which resulted in the capture of our good friend, Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.

Wearing a body camera, a Mexican marine recorded a firsthand view of the shootout in the drug lord’s safe house in his home state of Sinaloa.

The video shows marines armed with high-powered rifles move through the home, blasting through walls and throwing grenades, arresting people and tearing apart fixtures in search of weapons and evidence. They also appear to tend to a wounded soldier.

To me, it just looks like they’re practising a round of real-life Call of Duty. That’s all I see when I watch a group of men pack themselves into a room for a shoot out with “the bad guys”.
