The rogue elephants of India provide a great deal of entertainment. Although it is a direct comment on the overpopulation of the country, to see an elephant in full rage is quite an interesting spectacle. We have seen many videos of such ellies in the past, but none as wild as the following.
In Kongad, Palakkad, India, a tamed elephant went berserk, literally, and there was a witness to record it all. During a Pulapatta festival procession the jumbo named Devidasan went on a rampage after another elephant collided with it from behind. This caused it to feel threated and it proceeded to stomp down the streets, destroying anything that got in its way: basically, all 27 vehicles parked on said road.
Two mahouts (a person who works with and rides elephants) were atop the beast as it unleashed its fury, but were unharmed.
