People are prepping for Doomsday.
Since 9/11, the Doomsday bunker industry has been on the rise, and if you’re rich enough, you could become the proud owner of a luxury bunker.
VICE visited the 575 bunkers scattered over an old airforce base from the 1960s, which people have converted into a “fun, casual, comfortable place” to ride out the apocalypse.
Because nothing says fun and casual like the apocalypse.
And, if you are going to ride out the apocalypse in a fun and comfy way, you can’t do it without a dishwasher.
