Eight-Minute Short Film Covers What Happened After ‘Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom’ [Video]

A new short film from 'Jurassic World' director Colin Trevorrow is set a year after the events of 'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom'.

The Jurassic Park films are childhood classics.

Since then, there have been a couple of remakes or ‘follow-ons’ including Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

All of the above begged the question: why the hell do they keep opening the damn park? It never works out well.

At the end of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, dinosaurs manage to break their way out of the confines of Isla Nublar to find a new home out in the open world.

But what happened to the humans?

A new short from Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow, titled Battle at Big Rock, takes place a year after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

According to Variety, in the film rogue beasts wreak havoc on a family camping trip.

When people start talking about how much they love each other that early in a film, you know things are going south.

Also, that closing shot is the best thing I’ve seen this week.

To lighten the mood a little more, I’ll leave you with a throwback to Jurassic Park: High Heels Edition – a parody that helped everyone cope with the heels in Jurassic World.
