Entire US Mansion Shipped Whole To New Location [Video]

If you like your mansion, but don't like its location, you can always load it onto a barge and float it to a new one.

A mansion floating down the river on a barge isn’t something you see every day.

That said, on Wednesday, a mansion built in 1760 was loaded onto a barge as part of a week-long mission to move it from Easton to DeCoursey Cove in Queenstown, Maryland, by land and bay.

As you do.

The mansion belongs to Christian Neeley, who loves it but isn’t overly fond of its location. He and his family want to make the historic house a family home again, so there was nothing left to do but relocate it.

Some people have too much money.
