7.09.2009Well it’s not every day that a Hollywood A-lister comes out in support of a local radio station! Heart 104.9FM celebrated the annual Heart FM Spring Dip, and Christopher Walken lent a hand and joined in on the fun!

No stranger to Cape Town events, Christopher Walken was spotted last year at the Cape Town Tens rugby launch.
Back to the Spring Dip, there were all sorts of celebrities and personalities there! Including Colin Moss, Roxy Louw, Paul Snodgrass, Dan Nicholl and even ex-Springbok legend, Rob Louw. The boys made a video of the event, which includes one of our early 2oceansvibe Weathergirls, Michelle G!
Looks like loads of fun!

Am I getting this wrong. Is’nt that Rob Louw? I was at Roxies house a week ago and I am sure he introduced himself as her dad? Or am I missing the point?

Good name dropping lonelly heart. if you follow the link in the story to the other christopher walken event you will notice that this is one of those 2OV “in” jokes. seth knows that the guy is rob louw but i think he just thinks that rob looks like walken, so he sends it up. I can definitely see the likeness.
