Well this seems like a good way to end the week/start the weekend. Beer-batter marshmallows. I don’t know how I feel about these things, taste-wise, but in terms of taking something awesome and then coating it in something else that’s awesome, beer marshmallows get my stamp of approval.
I know this whole getup sounds like the sort of food that drunk lonely people make when they run out of cookie dough, but it turns out that fancy Chicago-based confectionary shop called truffle truffle whipped these two-for-one specials up. So if you’re bored and in Chicago for whatever reason, that’s something to do.
