During probably one of the most heated stages of the Tour de France on Saturday, the spectators got a bit carried away with excitement. When Chris Froome was about three kilometers away from the finish line, riding in a small group, he was joined by a few rowdy fans.
Imagine the annoyance, and the danger, that one man can cause when you’re so close to the finish line of the twentieth stage of one of the biggest races in the world. Froome backhanded the man and went on to finish third.
