Morrissey and his melancholy. Or perhaps he’s trying to spice it up lately, you know, after all those years of being so indie and woeful.
The English singer and lyricist adamantly denies any claims that he asked a former employee to physically hurt the person behind a site which criticised him.
The singer said the story was a “vexatious lie” from a “desperate” person who had been trying to extract money from his tour.’
TMZ reported that Morrissey’s bodyguard, Bradley Steyn, had filed a lawsuit against him after he refused to somewhat hurt David Tseng, the owner of morrissey-solo.com.
Morrissey’s tour manager allegedly asked Steyn how Tseng “could be gotten rid of.” Then, according to TMZ, they discussed how to get Tseng’s home address.
But, Morrissey… really?
Tseng posted a nice little response on his website, “I appreciate everyone’s concern. I don’t know any details about the actual incidents that may have taken place.”
