As far as I can tell, this Brazilian guy just went around killing people for no particular reason, other than that they were women, homeless or gay.

Thiago would drive up to his victims on a motorcycle with his face covered and then shoot them and leave without stealing them of any possessions. Sometimes he would ask for valuables, though. Weird.
