Enter Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada.
Over the years, he has shown his Youtube followers how to make various kinds of sushi rolls and when his fans requested that he make a cheeseburger one, they went to the next level and deconstructed a Mcdonald’s Big Mac instead.
After taking the cheese burger apart, Chef Hiroyuki places the components in layers and then adds avocado, tomato, some BBQ sauce and then some spicy mayo, topping it off with some micro greens.
As it doesn’t actually feature any rice, let’s just call it a ‘Big Maki’. Not going to lie, I’d definitely have a go.
Okay, time for late lunch.
