I don’t have anything against South Africans who emigrate – go do your thing, no worries. What does bug me is South Africans who emigrate and then take great pleasure in badmouthing the country, sitting around with fellow ex-Saffas and mouthing off about how much better off they are.
Well not that anyone is that naive to think that London is a crime-free zone but check this poor guy out, robbed at his desk by two thieves in the light of day. More details from the Daily Mail:
Officers have released CCTV footage of the brutal attack on February 10 in a bid to catch the perpetrators.
They had stood outside the van hire shop pretending to look at prices before bursting in on the man.
The 46-year-old victim was at his desk when the thugs entered and he tried to fight them off. But one held him in a headlock, chocking him to the point where he lost consciousness, and the other took the £15,000 Gold Rolex Yacht Master from him.
They defintely have better quality CCTV cameras than us, I’ll happily admit that.
