Pizza: to some it’s the seventh food group, to others it’s a religion, and to the pot-smoking minority, it’s a necessary cure of the munchies.
But what do you do with the square box that contains those cheesy triangle slices, cut from a round piece of dough? One pizza-buying app in the States created a “high-tech” pizza box.
Get this: it magically transforms into a pipe that you can totally smoke weed out of.
Jaw dropped.
Collaborating with the Nikolas Gregory design studio, the box has a detachable cardboard flap that you can easily fold into a weed pipe shaft. You then take the plastic stand that is normally used to keep the top of the box elevated and use it as the bowl. Genius.
Better yet, all the materials are 100% recyclable.
For those worried about inhaling toxic fumes from burning weed in a plastic receptacle, Summerlin has you covered. For now, the “plastic” stands will be made from ceramic. When production picks up, they plan to switch to a temperature resistant vegetable based recyclable plastic.
Now, although this only available in the States, we can definitely think of one pizza delivery service that would do well bringing us a little pipe with our meal.
Imagine having the smiley face of Butler’s Pizza at the base of your pipe – it will make the whole experience of eating The Rotherham just that much more enjoyable.
