5Gum, the subsidiery brand of chewing gum giant, Wrigley’s are bringing acclaimed UK indie band, The Kooks to South Africa, as part of the annual 5Gum Experience.
The venue for the 20 April Cape Town and 19 April Johannesburg gigs will remain a secret until the evening of the event.
Fans can’t buy tickets, but will stand a chance to win tickets through 5Gum’s social media lottery.

The Kooks are an English rock band formed in Brighton, East Sussex, in 2004. Signed to Virgin Records in 2006, the band released their debut quadruple platinum selling album “Inside In/Inside Out” followed in 2008 by their second album “Konk” which debuted at number one in the UK. The Kooks released a third album ‘Junk Of The Heart’ on September 12th.
