Prospective parents tend to forget that babies grow up into angry, disgruntled teenagers, so an actor is offering his services to remind couples exactly how hard those teenage years can be on parents.
The “Rent A Teenager” business from Stanley Robinson of Lexington, Kentucky, will give you the chance to endure the frustration and responsibility of nurturing a something-teen son.
Robinson costs $300 to hire, but the faux parents must also provide room, snacks and “bail money (if needed).”
“If they want a child that misbehaves, I’ll just cause trouble all of the time – fight with my parents, sneak out, drink their liquor, etc. If they’d like a typical well-behaved teenager, I’ll play a lot of video games and eat pizza the entire time,” explained Robinson.
