Following the endless gay rumours that have swirled around John Travolta for years, the actor has finally opened up about his thoughts on the speculation into his personal life.
The rumours hit an all-time high when Travolta’s former employee, Douglas Gotterba, alleged he had a six-year affair with the actor in the 1980s.
It’s just about people wanting money. It happens on many levels. This is every celebrity’s Achilles heel.
I don’t care that much about it. I let all the media stuff go a long time ago because I can’t control it,’ said the actor. ‘I think that’s why it persists, to some degree.
