By now you’re all aware that Graeme Smith and Morgan Deane have called time on their marriage after four years at the crease together. Come now, did you think there wouldn’t be at least one cricket-related pun in here?
Now there are rumours floating around that Biff is considering a return to the game he retired from in March of last year. Some are even saying that it was perhaps cracks in his marriage that pushed him into making the call, which at the time came as a shock to fans and teammates alike.
Morgan Deane took to Twitter to squash such rumours and left us in no uncertain terms as to where she stands on the matter.
The divorce came as a shock to most as the couple had seemed happily married, sending out tweets in December and January during what looked like some quality family time. One wonders if Smith maybe bowled another maiden over. No? I’ll show myself out.
