If you’re sitting thinking about your future and how much it would cost you to follow your dream of being the next Steve Jobs/Kevin Plank/ Seth Rotherham, then this should give you an idea:
Funders and Founders is a San Francisco based group of “startup evangelists and infographic authors”. Their latest infographic lets you in just how much money you need to have stashed away, or are able to access, if you want to start your own company. Surprisingly, some of them are relatively small amounts – there is hope!
This one shows “the amount of venture capital raised” by these startups, who are now some of the biggest companies in the world.
If you’re about to start your own thing and need a good, creative base, you should think about using The Bureaux in The Woodstock Exchange. You won’t have to fork out half of your start-up capital on office space, and it’s definitely better than working out of your parent’s garage.
Funders and Founders explains in more detail how this all works, so if you’re needing that extra push to make the first step, this might be it.
