It’s not everyday that a police officer describes a law-breaker as a “skylarking’. But it’s also not every day you see some dude optionally hanging off a car. After footage was released of a man in Sydney hitching a ride off the back of taxi – while being dragged on his stomach – police are actively looking for him.
This young man is skylarking. This is dangerous and reckless behaviour, we’re certainly encouraging anyone that knows this young man, or even his family, to please bring him into a police station.
The vid was originally posted on an Instagram account which is now set to private. The man, if charged, may face a fine of up to R20 000 for interfering with the safety and comfort of a taxi.
Nanny state.
