The states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho have a problem: There are too many drive-thru coffee places. So, to up the sales, 131 have decided to add something extra, or rather, take some things away.
The decision: to make sure the barista’s scantily clad. Choice of clothing? Bikinis, lingerie, nipple caps or tighty whiteys. And, predictably, some locals are in shock of what their children have to see and have called on the council to regulate the lack of clothing situation. Yet the council doesn’t really give a toot.
No matter the issue, the only thing that matters is whether or not they make good coffee. Because, after all, that’s the point, isn’t it? Well, Banana Hammock Espresso, Washington’s only all-male bikini barista, has come first in the state’s best coffee. Twice. And apparently, they serve a delicious spiced chai latte.
