Please Enjoy This Craigslist Ad Someone Made – Selling Yahoo!

The board members of Yahoo! can't figure out what to do with the company - so someone decided for them.

It’s no secret that Yahoo! is in a lot of trouble and just can’t seem to escape it. Verizon better act fast if it wants to buy Yahoo. In fact, the company is in the process of deciding on whether it wants to sell itself to another company, break itself up, or just do nothing.

Someone made the decision for them, posting an ad onto Craig’s List, selling the company for $8 billion – or the best offer. It was listed under the “antiques” section and the condition is “salvage”. Brilliant.

The purchase includes:

* 1 billion users, more or less
* Web email system (now 62% spam free!)
* Bottomless archive of Kim Kardashian photos
* Flickr & Tumblr
* Fully equipped Nautilus gym
* A really nice cafeteria
* The Yahoo Weather app
* Several warehouses filled with Kind bars
* Katie Couric
