If 2015 was the year of Cecil the Lion, then 2016’s martyr has been Harambe the Gorilla.
It was Cincinatti Zoo in the news back in May, a boy falling into Harambe’s enclosure resulting in the animal being killed.
You can see video and a summary of that HERE, and it appears Twitter has not managed to move on since then. Every time the zoo tweets something from their official account the trolls are waiting, and the zoo doesn’t know what to do.
