Did you know that Barbra Streisand has a mall in her basement? Did you know that there is a play written about someone working in said mall?
Me neither.
But what I do know (thanks, Glee) is that Barbra Streisand has a cult following and has the ability to summon the most famous of allies. Like the various people singing with her on her duets album.
At an LGBTQ fundraiser for Hillary Clinton’s campaign on Friday, Streisand delicately sang a song that, unfortunately, isn’t on the album, titled “Send in the Clowns.”
Yup, you guessed it. It is a parody, to the tune of all things Trump. Recorded and shared by Debra Messing, here’s just one line of lyrics:
“If he were running the free world/where would we move?”
