Exactly a month after the most recent Tsunami made landfall, Japan awaits the probable arrival of one more wall of water. A tsunami warning has been issued after a 7,1 magnitude onshore earthquake rattled the earth a mere 86 kilometres from the severely damaged Fukushima Nuclear power plant.
