Richard Heene, father of “Balloon Boy” and creator of a hoax that saw global TV coverage in 2009 (and eventually got him and his wife arrested), wants to sell the infamous “flying saucer” balloon for $1 Million Dollars to aid the relief effort in Japan.
The 20 foot balloon had viewers worldwide glued to their TVs in 2009 after the couple alleged that their son may have been trapped inside.
In a video message, the two media-whores talk about finding a way that they could help the people of Japan.
Heene’s wife then says, in Japanese, that they will not receive any money from the sale. But I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t mind being made saints, if the opportunity presents itself.
