Chilled: Inmates Use Trash Cans To Break Out Of Prison [Video]

Watch as two inmates, Justin Stumler and Jeremy Hunt, escape from Louisville Metro Corrections by hiding in food waste trash cans.

Two inmates at a Kentucky prison escaped using one of the oldest tricks in the book, proving that simpler is always better when evading the law.

Justin Stumler and Jeremy Hunt escaped from Louisville Metro Corrections by hiding in the food waste trash cans that were taken outside the facility for disposal.

Stumler (below left) was doing time for motor vehicle theft, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hunt (below right) was arrested on several felony burglary charges.

Now the criminals, who managed to stay on the lamb for a few days, are back in prison, adding ‘jailbreak’ to their rap sheets.

Here they are making a run for it:

It’s no Prison Break, but still fun to watch.
