Well, here we are, back at work in 2020.
I can’t say the Golden Globes fills me with any kind of excitement, but if you are after a full list of the winners, head here.
For those who really just want to see who Ricky Gervais, hosting for the fifth and (allegedly) final time, made squirm in their seats, let’s get the ball rolling.

It was clear from beginning that Gervais wanted to continue his legacy for saying whatever he wants. “Kevin Hart was fired from the Oscars because of some offensive tweets. Luckily, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association can hardly speak English and they have no idea what Twitter is,” Gervais said.
“Remember,” he added quickly, “they’re just jokes; we’re all gonna die soon, and there’s no sequel.”
