Toilets are enjoying their day in the sun, as physical distancing moves people out of the safety of their offices and boardrooms, and into the home for video conferencing and teleconferencing.
Who can forget Jennifer’s bathroom break during that Zoom call? Her colleagues are probably scarred for life.
Moving on to the US Supreme Court, which must now physically distance like the rest of the country, and is hearing cases for the first time via teleconferencing.
According to Mashable, Roman Martinez (below), an attorney who was representing the American Association of Political Consultants, was making his oral argument when someone dared to flush the toilet in the background.
The audacity.

The identity of the flusher has remained a mystery, although some speculate that it was Martinez who did the deed. He was the only person unmuted at the time.
He says he didn’t do it, which is disappointing, because it would be a pretty baller move making an argument from the loo while the rest of the world just settles for a Facebook scroll while getting the job done.
