I’m a little tired of writing property posts, but here we are, and the show must go on.
Yesterday, we took a look at a R39 million whopper in Hermanus, complete with wood imported from the Amazon basin.
This time around, we’re being a touch more modest and keeping things in the ‘burbs, with a R3,75 million, three-bedroom house in Berglviet.
Pam Golding says the home is set 426m² (just over half the size of this listing in Rosebank), in a quiet position in a secure complex, which makes it “perfect for those who are scaling down or looking to get a foothold in the area”.
You heard it here first.
More from the listing:
Recently renovated reception areas and kitchen lead out onto a sunny, covered patio with retractable shade awnings and neatly landscaped garden serviced by a borehole.
3 Bedrooms (main en-suite), two bathrooms it is perfect for those looking for a manageable home in the area.
Single garage with automated doors, secure off-street parking for a further three cars, and great security.
Ja, it’s quite nice.
Seth also wanted a tongue in cheek mention of the home’s proximity to Constantia Village, so I’ve ticked that box.
A few more snaps:
Lovely.
Good luck to the buyers and the sellers.
We move on.
