The Integrated Marketing Communication Conference is happening in Johannesburg next month, having made the move from the Cape Town venue of the last event in October 2010.

The IMCC brings together a host of marketing thought-leaders to discuss topics like: the benefits of online media; the vast opportunities available through social media marketing; integrating communications strategies to best align brands with direct consumer channels and the latest in advertising, direct and mobile marketing.

This collection of marketing grey matter will be meeting at the Sandton Hilton Hotel, on June 6 and June 7 this year.

The list of keynote speakers at the event include:

    • Nazeer Suliman (Microsoft Consumer + Online Lead)
    • Heidi Brauer (Executive Manager of Group Marketing of the Comair)
    • Isis Nyongo’s (VP + MD of InMobi Africa)
    • Ben Wagner (Chief Marketing Warrior of Native)
    • Walter Pike (Founder of PIKE The New Marketing Agency)
    • Grant Sithole (Creative Director of Draft FCB)
    • Nikki Cockcroft (CEO of Primedia Online)
    • Panel Discussion Leaders:
    • Kevin Welman (MD of Fleishman Hillard)
    • Diane Charton (MD of Acceleration Media)

Delegates will have the opportunity to network with speakers over lunch and dinner. Moreover, delegates have the option to attend up to ten thirty minute workshops every day, and they can catch keynote panel discussions – a vibrant debating forum that opens the ideas of keynote speakers to the floor, which is something they didn’t have last year.

Entrepreneurs, marketing directors, marketing managers, brand managers and CEOs should get in on what is sure to be a weekend of steep learning curves, and challenging ideas.
