Former Stormers captain and controversial Springbok flank, Luke Watson, was interviewed by Rob van Vuuren and Martin Evans of 2oceansvibe Radio‘s Drive Time Robbery show earlier this week.
In the candid interview, Watson ‘fesses up to the fault of his controversial remarks regarding the Springbok jersey, and the Afrikaans-dominated administration of South African rugby. Watson offers an honest and sincere account of his childhood, and the pressures that his family’s role in the anti-apartheid struggle came to bear on his rugby career.
