Can YOU make an invoice and a cup of coffee at the same time? Can YOU liaise with Seth’s butler and ensure there are enough staples? Do YOU have good breeding, a car, and an aching desire to become the lynchpin of the 2oceansvibe Media office?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Buying birthday cakes for staff birthdays (critical)

Turning the coffee machine on in the morning

Communicating with clients in a professional manner to process invoices, insertion orders, and meeting requests

Welcoming guests

Delivery of competition prizes
