North Korea leader, Kim Jong-Un is trying his hand at being “nice.”

The Supreme commander of the Korean People’s Army is reaching out to defectors, and letting them know they always have a home in North Korea. In a gulag. Kim has promised that returning defectors will not be harmed – on the contrary, talk of cash rewards is being thrown about.

But wait, there’s more! Apart from the promise of safety, and cash in the back pocket, Kim is offering returning defectors the chance to appear on state television!

I mean, why wouldn’t you hurry back?
