SA Girl Wins Ryan Seacrest Talent Competition [VIDEO]

Filipa, an 18-year-old singer from South Africa has won the RyanSeacrest.com competition for the best cover of One Direction’s song, ‘Story of My Life’. Her cover video was voted the best out of 26 other covers by the public.

Filipa’s video beat X-Factor UK’s twins Jedward, who took second place, and X-Factor US finalist Josh Levi, third, for the top spot. “Winning this competition has been the highlight of my career so far and to have the support from the media and public both in South Africa and overseas has been mind blowing,” she said after winning.
