Never has a shadow been so hilarious and ill placed. During a press conference in Jerusalem, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu inadvertently may have created a moment of comedy magic.

The gods of lighting and photography combined to give us this gem. While the Israeli prime minister was pointing at something, a moustache-like shadow was projected onto German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s face. A Hitler moustache, to be precise. This perfectly timed photo is going viral and is the talk of the Twitterverse.

This moment may be brushed off as circumstance, but will surely go down in history as the funniest shadow of all time.
