Ladies and gentlemen, it’s finally upon us.

The 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil is kicking off tonight, and it’s your chance to get involved in the colossal footballing fiesta by placing your bets on who you think will make it through the highly-competitive competition.

By picking who you think will make an impact in South America’s tropical fiesta of footie, you can stand  a chance to win big. The opening match features hosts Brazil up against Croatia, which is undoubtedly going to be a cracker of a match. You can place your bets on that match HERE.

Also coming up this weekend is: Mexico vs Cameroon, Chile vs Australia, Colombia vs Greece, Uruguay vs Costa Rica, and a repeat of the 2010 final as Spain takes on Netherlands.

You also have the opportunity to go big with the World Cup Flash Pots, so back your team with the chance to win up to R12,000.

Not only do you have the chance to win some serious cash, but there’s also a competition to win a plasma TV by betting a minimum of R250.

If you’re more of the spontaneous better, then BetFlash brings you live In-Play betting for the World Cup! Watch the game live and bet on ’Who is going to score the next goal’’, or “Which team is going to win the second half” – it’s fun, easy and puts you in the game!

While the World Cup is on, let’s not forget that there’s some serious rugby rivalries taking place this weekend too.

England take on New Zealand once again after just missing out on beating the world champs last week, the Wallabies and French go head-to-head again following a poor performance from Les Bleus last week, Ireland and Argentina clash again, Samoa will try to outmuscle the Italians, and of course, the Springboks take on Wales in PE in Durban.

You can put your money where you mouth is on the rugby action HERE.

Slowing down the chaotic pace a little will be the US Open, and if you fancy that you have the inside-call on who will sign off with a respectable score, you can bet on the golf action HERE.

There is also the chance to do IN-PLAY betting while the games are on, so check out the IN-PLAY betting options on your PC and/or mobile.
