With the sun FINALLY starting to rise a little earlier and the sunset officially after 6pm, summer is now something we can start dreaming about a little bit more realistically. You know what this means… yes, it is time to get your sexy physique beach-ready.

But before you go crazy on the weight lifting and protein shakes, a word of advice: there is such a thing as trying too hard. This kid is proof.

Also while we are at it, if you plan to show off your ripped bod to your friends, clean your room first! It is far more impressive when we aren’t distracted by stray socks… oh and of course when you don’t pass out.
