As South Africans, we all love Madiba; so if you find yourself in Sandton City’s Nelson Mandela Square, give his statue a hug… but just wear clothes while doing it.
On Monday, a woman stripped naked in the middle of the afternoon and proceeded to hold and lean on Mandela’s statue, causing a bit of a spectacle for the restaurant-goers around the Square.
The action also caused some buzz on social media, and when questioned about the woman’s weird antics, the chef at Baglios, Khotso Tladi, gave some insight into the situation.
She didn’t have a nice body, everything was saggy and she had hair. Afroman was better.
